Europa in der Verantwortung – oder Grund zur Scham?
Abstract
This essay discusses the activities of the Czech non-governmental organisation People in Need (PIN), focusing on a centre in Tseiblaagte, the people of colour location of Keetmanshoop. The author outlines the social and societal benefits of the Wake Centre as well as the difficulties in obtaining funding from international organisations.
