Vol. 5 (2020):

All the contributions in this volume constitute studies on affect. It is the central theme of each contribution that affect is captured in culture – whether the manifestation is literary, musical, political – as igniters of the ‘deep experience and thought because of the way they are able to grab us, to force us to engage.’ Although some of the studies take up the question of emotions, feelings, their arousal and influence, none ever loses sight of the reconstruction of the “that” which leads to these emotions and feelings.
